St. Martins Booktown

St. Martins is a Historic Village with a shipbuilding heritage, and we are now becoming the original Booktown for the Maritimes.  Booktown is “under construction” but worth a visit during the Spring and Summer season!

St. Martins Booktown Initiative  is committed  to creating a book and literary environment within our community by encouraging current businesses to offer books in addition to their regular products and services. We are also working  to attract new and used booksellers as well as other  businesses that  compliment books such as artist galleries, antiques and second hand stores.

In St. Martins, we do not have one giant franchise bookstore, we have many locations which together make Booktown so much more than a bookstore.  The experience of finding the perfect book will never be so enjoyable.  Where else could you browse books while you visit with a newborn foal, watch an artist at work or enjoy Maritimes Home Cooking?  Check  our Books & More - Booktown Locations for booknooks like you’ve never experienced before.  We also have book-related workshops, readings, signings and book arts represented.
